12:00 – 12:15 - Introduction

12.15 – 13.30 - Wim Hof Method Breathing

You will learn how to:

• Optimise breathing mechanics and general breathing pattern

• Use breathing to achieve deep meditative states

• Practice meditation and breathing to improve focus

13.30 – 14.00 - Break

14.00 – 16.30 Movement

You will learn how to:

• Move in the efficient way nature designed us

• Train and make gains without over exerting

• Build a strong, balanced, stable body with fun and simple movements

16.30 – 17.00 - Breathing theory and cold physiology

17.00 – 18.15 Ice bath

You will learn how to:

• Control stress response

• Use cold as ultimate mental training tool

• Use gradual cold exposure to increase cold tolerance

18.15 – 18.30 Closing discussion

For some of the activities we will try to go to the Battersea Park which is nearby (weather permitting).

Movement by Tim "Livewire" Shieff

Tim has spent a decade as a Professional Freerunner (winning several world titles), during that time he since spent many years practising Yoga, mastering handstands, mountain running, Bouldering/Rock Climbing and before that he was a breakdancer.

Through combining and connecting teachings from all these different disciplines and practises he has developed a course he titles 'Mindful Warrior'. Mindful Warrior is focused on helping you to understand the foundations of all movements to help build a strong and stable body with which anyone can then go onto other sports or disciplines from. From no experience of movement to world champion athlete everyone has something to gain physically from MW and also a new understanding of how the body wants us to use it efficiently for maximum results.

When I was 5 years old, my grandma, after reading Sebastian Kneipp's book "My water cure", was treating me with cold showers. 

At that time I was in perfect health - only later when I grew up and abandoned grandmas therapy, my immune system crashed under the attributes of modern society like chronic stress, processed foods and antibiotics.

In my mid 30’s I was lucky to get back on cold track and had the chance to train with Wim and became a certified WHM Instructor. Not only I have managed to transform my life but I can now share this with others.

Adventurer. Always seeking for ways to get more out of himself in every aspect of life.

Artur has been training and competing in various combat martial arts for more than twelve years which led him to always seek for ways to improve the mental and physical performance. He has put himself through numerous challenges, experimented with different diets, exercise systems and esoteric practices. And Wim Hof Method has brought the biggest breakthrough in mental clarity, performance and general health. It is his passion to bring these experiences in safe and fun environment for everyone who wants to get more out of themselves and learn the effective tools for self development.

• Comfortable clothing to wear during the workshop (sports clothing)

• Sports shoes (clean training shoes that you don’t use for walking outside)

• Swimwear

• Towel

• Slippers

• Bottle of water

• Blanket

• Yoga mat (if you don’t want to lie on the foam panels)

• Warm clothing for after cold exposure

Please feel free to bring your own pack lunch or snacks.


If you are new to cold exposure, in the days leading up to the workshop end your warm shower with 30-60 seconds of cold water only. Begin with your feet and then follow with your legs, your stomach, shoulders, neck and back. Focus on calming down your breath. Don’t put your head under the cold shower, it is better to skip the cold shower on the head for the first month. This way you will become more familiar with the way your body reacts to the cold.

Everyone can participate to their own ability and level of comfort. No pressure, just fun day of new experiences and learning. If you have any health conditions or concerns please contact us beforehand and/or check with your doctor. The goal of the workshop is share these simple and effective health and performance improvement tools.

It is best to eat something light before the workshop.
